We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in quality control to join our team at our Bendigo facility. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with our strict quality control program.
  • Lead and mentor junior carpenters, apprentices and sub-contractors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize our construction processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure continual compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and all Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
