Support Inclusion in Early Childhood Settings

We are seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to collaborate with our teaching team and promote the inclusion of children with diverse abilities and needs.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with educators to develop individualized support strategies for children with disabilities or developmental delays.
  • Implement adaptive educational programs that foster participation and engagement in learning activities.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and external professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of support.
  • Promote inclusive practices within the early childhood community and advocate for the rights and well-being of all children.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Current Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within 3 months or willing to obtain one.
