About Us

Job Summary

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading construction planning for site teams and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate on-site activities related to BESS installation, including planning, mobilization, earthworks, and commissioning works.
  2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.
  3. Work closely with project managers and teams to promote a strong Health and Safety culture.
  4. Evaluate construction methods to determine cost-effectiveness and implement changes as needed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to problem-solve and promote team growth. Previous experience managing high-voltage electrical projects is essential.
