About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team, responsible for managing a divisional portfolio, providing financial analysis of the divisions' operations, and meeting all divisional reporting requirements. The successful candidate will be required to meet targets and expectations in the areas of Financial Sustainability & Growth.
Your Key Responsibilities- Track divisional revenue and expenses by service for actual vs. budget and liaise with stakeholders to rectify any discrepancies.
- Produce accurate divisional monthly and quarterly financial performance and exception reporting.
- Provide reporting that measures service delivery outcomes against the contracted requirements of the customer.
- Operationalize the pricing framework for costing service delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement within the Shared Services and Divisional team.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance (CA/CPA).
- Experience in working in a matrix managed environment.
- Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering or commercial accounting.
- Proficiency in the use of large modular systems across finance/planning, such as TechOne Software.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment that is experiencing rapid growth.
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with all level managers and staff.
