Elders Rural is seeking a highly skilled Network Credit Manager to join our high-performing team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our credit management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that suitable credit limits are in place for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with major clients to establish new credit accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Evaluate credit applications and assess financial information to ensure accurate credit decisions.
- Monitor and coordinate credit reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and review submissions for credit approval and recommendation.
- Work to maximise the recovery of overdue and provisioned debts through effective communication and negotiation.
- Assist with dispute resolution and recovery actions to maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Proactively engage with the business to identify and address over-limit or expired accounts.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for the General Manager of Credit and State leadership team.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred but not essential).
- At least 5 years of business management experience at a senior level.
- Sound knowledge of credit management policies and processes.
- Advanced client relationship management skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to manage a complex workload.
- Ordinary unencumbered driver's licence.
