About Us

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a senior advisory officer to provide expert advice on complex information access matters.

  • Provide guidance on information release and access
  • Coordinate objections for subpoenas and assist in legal proceedings
  • Makes recommendations on policy, procedures, and training to enhance capability and improve compliance with legislation

The ideal candidate will have experience working with legislation related to information access, particularly in the NSW region. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to make a meaningful contribution to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on complex information access matters
  • Coordinating objections for subpoenas and assisting in legal proceedings before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal
  • Providing guidance and advice across InfoLink on information release
  • Making recommendations on policy, procedures, and training to enhance capability and improve compliance with information access legislation
Requirements:
  • Must be a permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand citizen
  • Will undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
