Home Care Employee Role
We're looking for compassionate and empathetic personal care specialists who will provide support to our home care customers by ensuring they receive personalized care that promotes their well-being, empowers independence and engagement in activities aligned with their health, happiness and interests.
This role involves assisting customers to maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes. We offer multiple permanent part-time positions for entry-level candidates and experienced home care workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, showering and medication management
- Cooking and food preparation
- Transporting customers to appointments and social engagements
- Providing companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
- A relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- A Medication Competency Certificate
- At least 500 hours of professional home care/aged care experience
- Full Driver's License and a fully insured car (if you have an international license, please apply for an Australian license within 3 months of working with us)
