Responsibilities:

As a Drive Thru Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team, driving engagement and results, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Team: Drive engagement and results with your team
  • Operations Management: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance
  • Team Growth: Help your team members grow and develop through regular feedback and coaching
  • Performance Management: Manage profit and loss, budgets, and KPIs to drive business growth
  • Community Engagement: Run our community engagement program to support and engage local legends and groups
