Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize VAMS (CMMS) to optimize maintenance outcomes for Victorian Water contracts
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and manage subcontractors
  • Implement and maintain maintenance plans and inventory management practices
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and safety standards
  • Prepare and submit reports to meet weekly/monthly deadlines
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support the regional asset management team's objectives

Requirements

  • Logistics experience, relevant coordination skills, or an Engineering background
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Self-motivation and eagerness to learn about asset and maintenance operations
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Valid driver's license
