About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Northcott. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children and adults with physical, neurodiverse, and developmental disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, participation, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to drive within the region.
  • WWCC & NDIS worker check.
  • First Aid & CPR certification.
