About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs offered to children, collaborating with educators to observe, review, and enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice, working closely with the centre leadership team.
  • Collaborate with educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  • Contribute to the development of a safe, nurturing, and aesthetically inviting learning environment that celebrates diversity and encourages gender equality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • A current SA Working with Children Check.
