As a nursing professional, this is an opportunity to develop and implement educational programs that drive excellence in patient care. You will provide expert guidance and support to nurses and learners, helping them develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
About the Role- You will be responsible for leading the development of continuing professional development activities that align with our vision of delivering clinical excellence.
- In partnership with our learning team, you will identify and prioritize the professional development needs of nursing staff and learners, ensuring they have the necessary skills to meet our high standards.
- You will require postgraduate qualifications in emergency nursing, APHRA registration as a registered nurse, current clinical experience in pediatric nursing, and a certificate IV in training and assessment.
- You will also need excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
