Job Title: Senior Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to manage the project design and scope from tender, through delivery to practical completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that designs are completed on time, in compliance with customer requirements, with maximum efficiency in the use of company resources and maximum profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Design Plan for the duration of the project.
  • Coordinate all elements of the design between team members.
  • Monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of design resources allocated to the project.
  • Plan and conduct reviews, verifications, and validations to ensure design quality.
  • Ensure design conformity to safety, environmental, construction, commissioning, and operating requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience managing large utilities projects is highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
