Apprentice Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician

We are seeking a skilled apprentice to join our team as a refrigeration and air conditioning technician.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced engineer, gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial, and maintenance work including ducted systems, split systems, large VRV's, and smart home devices.

To be successful, you will need to have:

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools
  • A genuine interest in electrical and air conditioning industry
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to physically lift 30kg +
  • The capacity to work in confined spaces
  • Reliability and a hardworking attitude
  • Confident communication skills and general customer service abilities

Preferred but not essential qualifications include:

  • Completion of an air con pre-apprenticeship year 1 or 2
  • Previous experience working within a trade background
  • Knowledge of air conditioning or electrical systems
