  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, including style codes, colours, fabrics, trims, and supplier details.
  • Support the preparation and organisation of seasonal displays.
  • Coordinate samples, requests, and tracking with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Prepare and manage samples for reviews, photoshoots, and presentations.
Collaboration and Administration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow between creative and production processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of development progress, sourcing, and supplier communications.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and accessible for use across departments.
  • Support parcel coordination with stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a design or product development role within the industry.
  • Strong sketching, CAD, and technical drawing skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and relevant software.
  • Exceptional understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and embellishment techniques.
  • High organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
