Customer Support Operations Specialist

At CBRE, we're seeking an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly skilled and organised individual to act as the first point of contact for our clients. As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to customer requests and enquiries, coordinating with service and facilities professionals, and providing timely management of customer requests.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and support to our clients
- Act as the first point of contact for our valued clients
- Coordinated with service and facilities professionals in response to customer requests
- Timely management and processing of customer requests, queries and billing information
- Support the Facilities Management Team and client administration
- Understanding and responding to the needs of all key stakeholders
About You:
- You must have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on demonstrating customer service
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are essential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Call and query handling and call resolution skills
- Strong administration, organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and call centre technology
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
