Customer Service and Operations Coordinator

As a key member of the Support Services Centre team at Amentum, you will report to the Customer Service Team Lead. Your primary responsibilities include managing all customer service inquiries and requests, which can vary from resource reservations to work orders related to maintenance requests or general knowledge of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site office operations, including room and phone payments, Wi-Fi passwords, online accounts, and locker assignments.
  • Administer work order management, including close-outs and scanning.
  • Coordinate site office and accommodation room reservations and allocations.
  • Manage customer requests through Manage Engine, including work orders and conference room bookings.
  • Handle customer inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, and emails.
  • Assist the SSC planning and scheduling team in creating SAP work orders and supporting O&M and other department operations.
  • Provide general reporting as required.
  • Manage portal content and uploads for the SSC department.
  • Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience with SAP and computer software applications.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a dedicated team.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Administrative skills, including records management.

Benefits and Conditions

The successful candidate can expect an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$80,000, depending on location and experience. Applicants must be Australian citizens or USA citizens who are able to obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role.
