Early Childhood Educator Role

At a leading and rapidly expanding early learning centre, we are seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators & Teachers to create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice. As an educator or teacher, you will support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.

Positions available:

  • ECT - full time
  • Certificate III educator - full time
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  2. Support the team of educators & teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
  3. Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
  4. Follow policies and procedures and maintain exemplary records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations.
  5. Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure ongoing compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards.
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
  8. Advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our service's professional identity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Preferred).
  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid).
  • Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practices.
