Develop and Deliver Engaging Volleyball Programs in South West Sydney

Company Overview: Sparrows Active is a dynamic volleyball club and apparel brand dedicated to fostering young players and growing the sport. Founded in 2023, we aim to connect communities through volleyball.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced School Volleyball Coach to deliver engaging volleyball programs in schools across South West Sydney. As a contractor, you will conduct fun, skill-focused training sessions for students of different age groups and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver volleyball training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels
- Collaborate with school staff and other coaches to align programs with their objectives
- Identify and support talented players for further development
- Ensure a positive and inclusive environment while adhering to safety protocols
- Attend school tournaments and provide match-day support
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience coaching volleyball, preferably with youth or school groups
- Coaching certification (Level 1 or higher preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for youth development
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Benefits and Remuneration:
This is a competitive contract position offering a salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, dependent on experience. As a contractor, you will work during and after-school hours, depending on the school program.
