About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Survey and Engineering Professional to join our team at Fyfe Pty Ltd. As a Surveyor, you will undertake a range of day-to-day surveys from topographic to engineering surveys and 3D laser scanning/UAV projects while liaising with our highly skilled project managers and clients.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct topographic and engineering surveys using a variety of techniques and equipment, including 3D laser scanners and Trimble GPSs
  • Liaise with clients and project managers to ensure survey objectives are met
  • Develop and maintain geospatial data and related records
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Undertake other tasks as required to support the delivery of projects

Requirements



  • Tertiary qualifications in surveying
  • Experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Experience in using equipment such as 3D Laser Scanners, Trimble GPS, RTS, Trimble Business Centre and 12D model (preferred)
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of appropriate Australian standards and legislation
  • Organised with high attention to detail
