Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach technicians and apprentices to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

About You
  • A qualification in heavy or light vehicle mechanics.
  • Experience leading and coaching technicians.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • An understanding of safe work practices and confidence to promote a strong safety culture.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Experience with European, American, or Japanese truck brands is not essential but will be highly regarded.
