We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Dental Practitioner to lead our dental team in delivering exceptional patient care. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality dentistry with empathy and understanding, focusing on patient satisfaction rather than targets.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Treat Dental Diseases
- Diagnose and treat dental diseases using various methods, including radiographs, pulp tests, and clinical examinations.
- Deliver exceptional dental care through procedures such as fillings, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, and hygiene visits.
- Patient Education and Oral Health Promotion
- Educate patients on oral care and work with them to achieve their oral health goals.
- Develop strategies to promote oral health awareness within the community.
- Leadership and Team Management
- Oversee a dental team, training new staff members and developing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with dental specialists when necessary.
