We are seeking Graduate Software Developers who wish to launch a successful career in the industry-leading Australian Employer of Choice, NTI. Our Graduate Program provides a dynamic environment where you can apply your university learnings and develop a well-rounded commercial skillset.

You will work with industry experts and receive continuous training and mentoring to develop your technical and non-technical skills. This will also give you exposure to large-scale projects and allow you to grow alongside your colleagues in a broader Graduate team.

This role is ideal for those who have graduated or are graduating in 2024 and are looking for full-time opportunities.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be part of a cross-functional team that delivers new features and enhancements to customers and users. Your day-to-day tasks will include working through all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis, writing user stories and estimating, to development, testing, and deployment.

  • Contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint retrospective and planning meetings, and other agile ceremonies
  • Support business advancement through projects and operations of a business area
What We're Looking For:

We're looking for individuals with a strong hands-on attitude towards learning new concepts and a proactive approach to planning and communication. You should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team.

  • A relevant undergraduate degree, majoring in IT, mathematics, computer science, or engineering
  • Some experience working in a professional environment (desired but not essential)
  • Experience using relevant technologies such as Java, Angular, SQL, Git, etc.
