About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Drug and Alcohol team in a part-time secondment opportunity.

No prior experience in Drug and Alcohol is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will possess a non-judgmental attitude and a strong desire to assist vulnerable individuals.

They will work collaboratively with the broader Drug and Alcohol team consisting of counsellors, Nurses, Social Workers, and Medical staff.

The service provides support to consumers with varied substance use issues through the Opioid Treatment Program, counselling services, and specialist medical services in a community outpatient setting.

Geographically, the service offers support to the local community within the Bathurst Hub.
