About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join our Property and Buildings team in Darwin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil engineering projects and leading small teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant technical, commercial, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to deliver integrated project solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil Engineering, Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable), and excellent expertise in civil engineering and design documentation. You will also have solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects, ideally in a consulting environment, and a high level of expertise in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects.
