Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves working as a key member of the Customer Service team, responsible for delivering high-quality customer support via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Process payments and purchase orders accurately and within deadlines
  • Prepare daily reports to ensure seamless communication among teams
  • Provide information and documentation to customers as required
  • Forward new business leads to the relevant Sales Account Executive for follow-up
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely customer deliveries
  • Log and monitor authorized Goods Returns requests
  • Issue relevant documentation to customers as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a call center or high-volume call environment, along with administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Resilience and ability to deal with problems as they arise
  • Excellent customer focus and ability to maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and use initiative when required
