As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with our participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience, and assist them in developing strong resumes, job applications, and interview preparation.
You will also identify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support our participants at work and ongoing. Your goal will be to increase our participants' employability through training and other support services, and to source employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
As an Employment Consultant with WISE Employment, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, and to make a real difference in the lives of others. Key responsibilities:
- Develop strong rapport with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills, and experience
