Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to design, implement and optimize integration solutions that enhance collaboration, automation and productivity across our development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps and Teams integration, with experience managing CI/CD pipelines, developing Teams bots and extensions to surface Azure DevOps data, and configuring real-time sync between Teams channels and ADO for critical alerts and updates.

  • Design and implement integration solutions between Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration and automation.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines (Build/Release), ensuring efficient code flow, with Teams notifications for critical statuses.
  • Develop Teams Bots, Messaging Extensions, or Tabs to display Azure DevOps data (Work Items/Boards).
  • Configure automatic sync between Teams channels and Azure DevOps (e.g., PR alerts, build failure notifications).
  • Maintain Azure DevOps security roles and Teams membership synchronization.
  • Document solutions and train development teams on tool usage.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Teams integration with proven automation cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tooling support.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Certifications (e.g., AZ-400 DevOps or MS-600 Teams Development) and .NET/Python development skills for custom extensions.
