The Role:

As a leader of the Inventory, Systems, Service, and Project teams, you will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to drive departmental and organizational success.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and enhance stock availability across our network.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements in supply chain and manufacturing to maintain best practices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners, to control costs, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee efficient inventory management systems, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting of stock levels.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and improve overall efficiency within the supply chain, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain effectiveness and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies related to supply chain operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, including inventory management, demand planning, and logistics operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, driving them towards achieving common goals.
- Solid understanding of change management principles and experience in building change management plans
- Deep understanding of supply chain principles, industry best practices, and emerging trends in supply chain and manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make data-driven decisions and implement innovative solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and drive financial performance within the supply chain function.
- Proficiency in relevant supply chain software and systems.
