About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will assist in qualifying and closing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on providing technical support during the pre-sales process while advocating for our post-sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales representatives with technically qualifying new sales opportunities.
  • Provide pre-sales engineering support to account teams and lead solution discovery discussions with clients and partners.
  • Develop custom product demonstrations that highlight key business drivers and functional requirements for potential customers.
  • Design tailored Deputy solutions based on clients' business priorities and technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure customer feedback is effectively channeled.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success functions to develop scalable business processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to understand complex environments.
  • Experience selling software solutions into intricate settings.
  • A keen technical aptitude, comfortable writing scripts in at least one programming language.
  • The ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
  • No less than 5 years of experience in Sales/Partner Engineering or Solutions Consulting roles.
  • A strong background in Workforce Management is highly beneficial.
