About this Job

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Yardperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our equipment, ensuring they are ready for hire. They will also maintain a clean and tidy yard, following safe operating procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness of equipment;
  • Inspect assets upon return from customers;
  • Refuel assets and perform maintenance and minor repairs in a timely manner;
  • Assist in maintaining effective stock control of assets;
  • Foster relationships with key suppliers and contractors;
  • Assist in loading and unloading of equipment;
  • Undertake general housekeeping and yard duties.
About Our Expectations:

We require the successful candidate to possess a Forklift licence, which is essential for the role. An EWP licence is highly regarded, and experience in loading and unloading of equipment is desirable. Good communication skills, a current driver's licence and white card, and the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated with a positive attitude towards workplace safety are also required.
