Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Underwriting team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sending renewal invitations to brokers
  • Processing new policies and policy renewals in the underwriter system
  • Maintaining broker information and log ins to the online system
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • General administration and office duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience working in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Previous experience in underwriting or administration (Professional Indemnity experience a plus)
  • Strong administration skills

Remuneration Package

We offer a competitive salary of AUD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic industry.
