About This Role

We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our team at Only About Children. Our team values teamwork, collaboration, respect, and passion. Our purpose-built campus is conveniently located, with ample parking and close to public transport.

Our campus features multiple outdoor play areas, each with undercover spaces, including a large sandpit and a bike track. Children have plenty of space to explore, create, and lead their own play. Our three age-based indoor spaces are specifically designed to encourage children to learn and grow with a focus on safety and natural elements.

About the Role

The Educational Leader plays an influential and important role in inspiring, motivating, and challenging or extending the practice of educators. This role involves inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact the important work educators do with children and their families.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
  • Minimum 1-2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience as an Ed Leader
  • A team-based, collaborative approach to your practices
  • The ability to communicate and connect with families
