About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sanitization and Trolley Management Team Associate to join our team at Woolworths Group.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for completing various sanitization tasks, collecting trolleys, and supporting store operations. As part of our Proactive Services team, you will contribute to ensuring that our stores maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • You will be required to perform physical tasks such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms, as well as emptying bins.
  • You will also be responsible for collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas.
  • In addition, you will work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs and assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent physical fitness, as it involves physically demanding tasks. You must be able to comfortably handle loads between 5-10kgs and stand for long periods.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and efficiently.
  • Good eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and carparks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
