About Our Trainee Educator Program
At Affinity Education, we're committed to creating a new pathway for individuals who want to start a career in early childhood education. Our Trainee Educator Program allows you to work in a centre of your choice while studying to earn your Certificate III in ECE.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside our experienced educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Support our Lead Educator/Educational Leader in achieving excellence in early childhood education and care.
- Be coached and mentored by our industry-leading development coaches to help you progress in your career.
About You
- You'll need a current Working with Children check or be able to obtain one.
- You'll need access to transport to and from the centre.
- You'll need to be willing to commence a Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy.
