As a dedicated educator, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on students' lives and contribute to their academic progress, character development, and overall well-being.

The role involves leading Christian formation, delivering pastoral care from a genuine Christian faith, contributing to an inclusive approach to learning, and developing a biblically grounded education program.

  • Developing a conducive learning environment that fosters student interests, skills, and abilities;

  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement teaching and learning programs;

  • Providing a safe, supportive learning environment that promotes student welfare;

  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues;

  • Participating in staff meetings, extra-curricular tasks, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant Bachelor degree and any other relevant teaching qualifications;
  • Desirable experience in English, Civics, Geography, and/or Economics;
  • A passion for impacting students' minds and hearts;
  • High relational skills and a commitment to a holistic view of teaching and student welfare;
  • Keen collaboration skills to work with colleagues in developing and implementing teaching and learning programs.
