Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care in our Special Care Nursery
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a level 4 Special Care Nursery
- Neonatal qualifications or working towards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shift work and flexible hours
