At Savers Australia, we're on a mission to Champion Reuse. As a Clothing Production Team Member, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

You'll be responsible for sorting donations from our charity partners and preparing them for our retail floor. Your day will be filled with a mix of tasks, including:

  • Receiving and sorting donations
  • Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story to ensure they receive excellent service
  • Pricing, grading, and hanging product to get it ready for our retail floor
  • Working with your team to meet daily production targets
  • Supporting our safety culture

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a team player who's comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a mix of the following skills and qualities:

  • Availability for part-time hours - Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 3.30pm
  • Experience working in retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality
  • A customer-focused approach, with a passion for providing an exceptional experience at every interaction
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • A commitment to doing the right thing and standing up for what's right
