About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fraud and Scam Officer to provide high-quality support to our members by investigating potential fraud and scams in internet banking channels and helping to prevent or reduce financial loss. This officer will work within a collaborative team to provide education and support to internal staff, reporting directly to the Fraud Manager.

This is a full-time position with a minimum 38-hour working week.

About You

  • You have proven experience in investigation and dealing with unauthorized claims and/or fraud or scam matters within a financial institution.
  • You possess strong customer service, stakeholder management, and case management skills.
  • You have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You have developed problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • You can work well in a team environment.
  • You can adapt positively to change.
  • You can work autonomously.
