About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Associate Scientist to join our major manufacturing group. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing laboratory work, including calibration of pipettes, pH equipment, and other laboratory instruments.
- Organizing and managing laboratory consumables to ensure a well-stocked and efficient laboratory environment.
- Reporting on data from experiments and preparing detailed reports.
- Liaising effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ordering materials as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Science (Biotechnology or Bioscience).
- Experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with colleagues at all levels.
