Support Worker Role

We are seeking Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, social support, and community outings to clients in their homes and communities. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and make decisions that prioritize the best interests of each client.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability, as well as a Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and valid Australian Working Rights. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their daily lives
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients
  • Assess and implement client care plans within your scope of practice
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
