About the Role

This is a key leadership position that will lead a team of study coordinators to support current and upcoming clinical trials. The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple trials simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including trial sponsors, investigators, patients and nursing staff.

Responsibilities will include trial protocol feasibility assessments, trial team resource management, and coordination and management of clinical trials in oncology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of study coordinators to support current and upcoming trials
  • Coordinate and manage multiple trials simultaneously
  • Develop and implement trial protocols
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. health science, research)
  • Proven experience in clinical trials coordination or management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
