Primary Duties:

  • Plan and prepare weight and balance documentation for all flights
  • Liaise with airline staff to ensure adherence to policy and procedure
  • Ensure the accuracy of passenger and cargo information
  • Prepare and issue loading instruction reports to ground handling staff
  • Provide centralized load control functions to client airlines
  • Monitor flight changes and adjust Departure Control System documentation

Essential Criteria:

  • Motivated and capable of working a 24/7 roster
  • High level computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Dangerous Goods Awareness Training
  • Minimum of 3 years ground handling experience
  • Knowledge of Aviation legislation, specifically flight planning, weather, NOTAM and Load Control Legislation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle pressured and stressful situations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and safety requirements
