About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Department Manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our customers receive a great shopping experience, while also providing support to our store teams.

As an Assistant Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, as well as working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills through our Store Leadership Pathway, which provides training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
