Home Care Assistant Job

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to empowering our clients to live independently. You will be required to travel to clients' homes to provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

You will work closely with our care coordination team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings;
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
