Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective communication between job sites to ensure seamless operations and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Ensure timely attendance and reliability on the job site.
  • Execute daily driving tasks safely, efficiently, and professionally.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work sites free from debris and dirt.
  • Follow directions to operate machinery, supply materials, and load or unload items.
  • Operate hand equipment and power tools.
  • Perform unskilled jobs at the work site.
  • Assist skilled workers as assigned.
  • Learn basics of the trade under the guidance of a foreman.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in various roles and adapt to changing situations.
  • Responsible handling of materials and equipment.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
