Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a community-based role. The successful candidate will work with NDIS and HCP clients, conducting assessments, creating therapy plans, and facilitating sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and create tailored therapy plans for NDIS and HCP clients
• Facilitate therapy sessions and write progress notes and reports
• Work with a caseload of adult clients, with opportunities to work with paediatric clients
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including in-house and external training courses

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
