Software Developer Position

We are seeking a senior software developer to join our internal applications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing backend components using C# and PL/SQL.

  • Developing robust and efficient backend components
  • Collaborating with business analysts and developers to implement technical solutions
  • Contributing to agile delivery cycles and ensuring high-quality outputs
  • Following internal standards and best practices in code and documentation

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of commercial experience in software development, hands-on experience with C# in a backend or integration context, and the ability to contribute across the full development lifecycle.

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business analysts and cross-functional teams, have a proactive and self-starting approach with strong communication skills, and ideally have exposure to Agile and DevOps environments.

The key responsibilities include developing backend components, collaborating with business analysts and developers, contributing to agile delivery cycles, following internal standards, and assisting with project delivery and business-as-usual development.

The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit, proactive team contributing to the development, enhancement, and support of a system critical to daily operations.

Total remuneration package: $143,000 (inclusive of super), Fixed-term contract: 12 months, Work model: Hybrid requiring 2 days per week in the office.
