About the Role
The Early Childhood Teacher will contribute to a professional team, creating a safe and secure environment for children to be brave, curious, and imaginative in their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment to foster a stimulating and nurturing environment for children.
- Build meaningful relationships with families, ensuring they feel informed and confident that their children are receiving the best care and education.
- Support Educators in delivering contemporary early childhood practices, helping to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Participate in Leadership Councils to develop leadership skills and participate in decision-making processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Childcare (ACECQA approved).
- Experience: Prior ECT experience is desirable.
- Registration (essential): Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (for SA state).
- Expertise: Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS), programming, and planning and EYLF framework.
