The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise in midwifery, with a passion for education and mentoring. As a key member of the Learning Team, you will play a vital role in promoting excellence in professional practice through quality education and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality education programs for nurses and midwives
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Education to align educational initiatives with organizational objectives
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to staff members
  • Maintain currency of knowledge and skills in midwifery practices

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual remuneration of $85,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
